White Bread Buns of Yeasty Experimentation

Only insofar as I had not baked bread at this point.

I had decided on a few baking aims, of different sections of baking. I wanted to be able to bake bread from primary ingredients, as that would be a useful skill to bring into the future. This would require building up to that slowly.
My father suggested I start out with buns, as the method is similar to bread-making but it requires less precision and guesswork.
The buns were a success, and I served them up with dinner before I had a chance to photograph them all. There were twelve buns prior to dinner.
I experimented towards the end of the baking by putting grated cheese on the top of two of the buns, something that worked well.
