Cheesy Wholemeal Buns of Comparative Roundness

My little sister requested hamburgers, having enjoyed the buns of the previous night. I was happy to comply.

15th of October, 2011.
I decided, in a spat of non-repetitiveness, to use wholemeal flour instead of white for these buns. This didn’t change the process at all, and hardly changed the buns themselves.
I differentiated these buns from the previous ones by making eight instead of twelve, and shaping them as spheres instead of irregular oblongs.
I also put grated cheese on top of each of the buns prior to baking.

With chicken patties inside each bun, the burgers were delightful. And spiced with the satisfaction of having made my own buns.
